    PAIR of BRASS ENTRY BACKPLATES - CIRCA 1910 - VERY NICE  (14614-3)
    Vintage, circa 1890-1910: Pair of entry door backplates, brass, made for a cylinder lock on the outside of the door and a thumb turn latch on the inside of the door. Matching set.
    Very good condition, nice aged patina, appear never painted, have not cleaned them, a little wax should make them really look terrific.
    Measurements: 8 1/2
    " top to bottom and 2 1/4" wide at the widest point.  The drop (the distance from the center of the knob post hole up to the center of the cylinder hole) is 3 1/4"
